Britney Won’t Be Releasing A “Circus” Tour DVD

We’ve just received a sad news from Britney’s manager, Adam Leber, confirming  in a twitter message that there will be “no plans for a Circus Tour DVD” saying, quote:

Sorry to disappoint guys. No plans for a Circus Tour DVD at the moment. Feel free to refrain from sending hate messages and cursing me out.

I wonder what does he mean by “at the moment.” I mean have they secretly taped the show? and planning to release the DVD later on? or they simply won’t be releasing the DVD ? What do you guys think?
