Confirmed: Britney Spears Will Appear On Glee!

This is the best news ever! Glee creator Ryan Murphy just confirmed to Ryan Seacrest that Britney Spears will definitely be appearing on the Britney-themed episode this upcoming season!

“I can say 100 percent that Britney Spears will be on the episode,” Murphy told Seacrest.

There had been a lot of speculation up to this point, and we honestly didn’t think Brit Brit would join the cast for a cameo—we thought it would be more of a tribute like the Madonna episode.

Murphy told Ryan that yes, Ms. Spears herself will be appearing on the episode.

This must be really fresh news, since just a couple of days ago we asked cast member Heather Morris if she’d be making a cameo and she told us, “I hope so, somebody keeps teasing me and telling me she is coming. Omg, I would be so nervous. Not really, I would be excited.”
