Britney dominated it last year, as she won the Best Video of 2008 for “Womanizer” with the total of 13 million votes, This year the rules has changed there’s no more limit on how much you can vote, you can vote as much as you want and when you like it, so far Britney is already rocking the list by being the most voted artist on the list with total of 36,951+ votes so far, So make sure to keep on VOTING BRITNEY. The winning video will be featured on Fuse TV’s “Top 40 of 2009″ special, airing Saturday, Dec. 12 at 4pm ET.
